Weather & Live Radar - OpenPet 4+

It is, essentially, a Tamagotchi type app. You have a pet that you can feed. At the moment there are no ways to play with your pet or anything else but I am sure they will add these abilities down the line. The whole idea is bonkers but I love it. And it’s free! No ads have come along so far either which is wonderful.

Most importantly though, as a weather app, it is great. Visually it’s lovely to look at, there are some nice animations for rain, sunrise and sunset so it’s easy to spot these on the screen. It’s well laid out and easy to understand. It has everything a weather app should. I would go as far as saying that the app feels like it’s a PREMIUM FEEL. Everything about it feels like it’s been paid for. If this app didn’t include cats and was just a weather app, I would still download it.

It’s now my primary weather app over the installed Apple weather app and the MET OFFICE weather app.

the best weather app I've ever seen! first of all, NO IRRITATING ADS, super user-friendly and cute layout, percsise forecast with a bunch of detailed features I've never seen anywhere else (like hourly UV-index and humidity, very useful), and on top of that you get to interact with the most adorable kittycat😍😍 thank you guys for making it free!

Very nice take on a weather app, the graphics and layout are great! Visually the app is by far the best Ive come across for weather, the little animations really are easy to identify, for example, the raining clouds are very cool. As another reviewer stated, this app feels like a paid for Premium version, I think it’s that good and I sincerely hope they don’t start charging. One area that I would love to see improved, please add Real Feel to the 10 day forecast. Other than that small improvement the added kitty is quite wonderful! Would love to see them introduce different cat breeds. Great app that’s replaced my use of the Met Office app.
