I’m working passionate to build a strong foundation of a workplace where everyone is valued and respected and supported.
I cringe every time have to use the app
1. The app quits after putting in the log in details and have to re-enter them over and over again. This happens only on androids.
2. When you first open the ‘schedules window’ the week appears as a list which is very clear and easy to read. So why not have this option when you change the week you are looking at? I have the options in the View section daily, weekday, monthly, yearly view but it doesn’t stay as a list for the week, it changes into this other look which is hard to read as you have to scroll up and down for ever.
3. Would be an other useful 5* option to have a mini text showing schedules in the bottom of each box when you are in the monthly view so you could easily see not only which days you have to work but also what shifts you have . Like a quick overlook at your week not only with dots but with the actual shift.
4. What about Layers? What is that and why isn’t there a question mark/quick explanation help to explain that?
5. Why do I have to change my password every x week? It is hard enough to remember passwords as it is why make life complicated? Surely there must be a secure system built in the app without asking the user to change the passwords all the time. Banks don’t ask that, neither other highly secure apps so why this app does?
6. Also why there is no quick view option to see what my password is so if I miss-type something I could see that?
Random fact!
Did you know that force quitting apps on Apple mobile devices does not save you battery power? Quite the opposite in fact it’s a waste of time and power. That’s why iOS on your iPhone does not have a “Close all apps” button! So why do I tell you this here? The only reason you can and should force quit an app on iOS is when the app appears to malfunction and you wish to start it from scratch, and I seem to need to do that twice and login twice with this app before I get where I actually want to be. Who is responsible for this app and how on Earth did they get the job? Never will I get the time back this app makes me waste each day. 😞
