Amazing idea but very buggy
Absolutely love the idea of this app. I hate scrolling through webpages to view horses so an app is a much better alternative. I love the design and interface of the app. However it takes forever to load the available horses, and often freezes or doesn’t load pictures. With some tweaking to the bugs this app could be amazing it’s just a shame they let it down so much.
Absolutely brilliant!
Buying and selling horses is a nightmare now that Facebook has banned the sale of livestock. This app is an absolutely brilliant idea and makes it so much easier to buy, sell and search for horses. I used the app initially to look for top quality show horses but ended up selling one through it in the end. First person to try the horse bought him and all the features of the app make it so easy to use! The fact that you can message back and forth with other users without having to exchange telephone numbers or email addresses is brilliant too as I hate handing out my personal details to people I don’t know. I can’t recommend this app highly enough... the only problem is my partner hates me using it because I keep finding horses I wand (need) to buy! Customer support is excellent too, they contacted me to advise me to add more information and add the Horse to different categories in order to make him appear to more people in their searches. One day after they pointed this out to me, I had tonnes of interest and he sold days later!
Doesn’t work
To search what’s for sale or loan you have to select either “horse” or “pony”, there’s no option to browse all, which means for people like me who are looking for something between 14h and 15.2, I have to keep fiddling with the search filters, repeatedly filling in the age and height fields which reset when you change from “horse” to “pony”, so a bit of an annoying faff.
The app also immediately quits and refuses to reopen if it doesn’t like your search parameters. I assume it’s because there are no ads fitting your selected options so instead of telling you that it just stops working altogether. The only way I have found to fix that is to delete the app and reinstall it.
The above problem has just happened (again!!) and I’ve had to delete the app. I’ve decided to just leave it deleted and NOT reinstall this frustrating and annoying app. I’ll shop on Preloved instead.

I'm sorry that you're having such a poor experience with the app. The app should not quit and refuse to open when your search parameters are too narrow, that is a bug.
We'll look into that straight away, and try and resolve the issue.
