I am confident the developer will only continue to support the apps and even come up with special ones like Alti-Baro that is simply the best app for weather nerd on the App Store.

It’s good and it’s readily available, but I was trying to do data collection for one of my methods in my Geography NEA Coursework on urban microclimates, but it’s very difficult because it just chooses not to cooperate with me - sometimes I won’t even move it and it comes up with “Device must be stationary to measure wind” even if it’s on a flat surface. If you move it even a fraction of a centimetre, it comes up with that - I think high wind affects it also. Something I’ve also found with this app is that wind gusts are certainly very difficult to measure using this, especially when going by the minute, since it takes more than 5-10 seconds to measure the wind properly, and during that time, there were wind gusts.

Improved the app’s background update capabilities. Added a separate options screen. Added a wind history screen to be able to interactively review recent wind history, and a share feature to let you share/export wind history as a CSV file.
