There is a lot of scope for improvement with this app, navigation is confusing and the layout is unintuitive. For those who have forked out for a subscription in order to watch either live streamed or match replays , there is an infuriating element - archived videos are displayed in order they are uploaded - so if you’re hoping to watch a match from say, the day before , you will get to read the video posted after the match - the player’s post match interview complete with headline telling you who won and who lost.

Gah!! That’s so stupid

Match spoilers are the worst - and this is totally avoidable , it’s down to the app developers. Please get it together !

I use the app regularly on my iPhone 13 mini. There is some good reading on here in terms of news and reviews, plus it’s a handy place to go for tickets to matches. But it’s infuriating as a snooker fan to navigate matches, scores, sessions - often information is incomplete, with sessions missing from the flagship world championship at the Crucible this year (2023), scores often aren’t updated in a timely way, upcoming matches often aren’t always listed. I don’t know of anywhere else to go to for all this information in one place, so it’s disappointing this app doesn’t work as well as I would have hoped

This app is awful. It’s got promise but it’s like no one cares. It’s slow to be updated (news and scores),it’s glitchy, and what’s been done in the new tournament centre? Half the time it tells me there are no games on when I know there is! Snooker needs to gain fans and grow at grass level.. an app like this should help promote the sport and make it exciting (which it is) but if I were a young person wanting to dip my toe in and see what snookers all about this would put me right off.
