Sync problem
I can’t connect to my Band 7 Pro to mobile App. It has been functional since I bought, but it has problem syncing for about 3 days. The UI OF Mobile app also become different so I cant’t change the design of the watch and see the weather forecast. I have rebooted both mobile Apo and the band, but I can’t solve the problem...It is shameful because it was good at first.

They’ve thought about making band 6 better, but as far as I can discover it’s impossible to enter your target heart rate for your age. It just gives you a flat 155bpm which isn’t so good for an older person! I’ve owned a Xiaomi band 1 for years, and this band 6 does not seem to be its match. The battery life seems to be about six or seven days as opposed to the band 1 which runs for 45 days. So just two stars, for mildly disappointed. If I really can’t remedy the heart rate I’ll probably look around for another band. It’s very unreliable on my iPhone 11. I’ve had to reboot it and reconnected to the phone three times in as many weeks. It needs more development to work properly and is a waste of money the way it is. After about three months when it was unable to synch PAI, I’ve gone for a factory reset. Should’ve known better! Updated the app… reset phone, Bluetooth, band… no joy. I expect it’ll go in the bin. Yes - don’t buy this band. It won’t synch reliably, it requires internet and Bluetooth when synching and there are holes all over the software (when working with an iPhone) which are irrecoverable. It forgets your data and cannot handle time changes. Just don’t do it. Buy a more expensive band - it will be cheaper and less frustrating in the end! Incidentally mi band 1 works really really well. Why have I’m and lost the plot?
I love it
I have mental health issues and anxiety and bad paranoia and I have ocd and adhd and depression and it’s helping me by keeping track of my stats and reassuring me it’s amazing its helping me also by giving me targets and advice for stuff so I don’t stay inactive for to long or sit down for long periods of time and so I don’t do to much and so I don’t under sleep and so i don’t over sleep and so I don’t push my self to much it’s also helping me by having my stats when I feel unwell or stressed or paranoid that somethings wrong as I can see if something ain’t write and i have been struggling to sleep and go to bed for a long time now and it’s pushing me to get into a routine from looking at the sleeping times and the recommended sleeping times and stuff it’s working well for me and I love it. What a grate pice of kit highly recommend the watch and app gate work guys
