App needs some work but service is good
Good service! The app needs some work though. I would say add waiting times as recommendation. When you book a car how much time will it actually take to dispatch. Thanks
Was logged out and now unable to access my account
The taxi company have charged us for cancelled journeys as cabs were not available and now no response from them and I was logged out of the app and now am unable to access. I have reset my password numerous times, but it keeps advising my details don’t match. I have also tried to sign up again but it is advising that my email is in use.
Great app
Perfect app never had any issues. Gives the Option to pay cash or card and tracking is accurate
