Your details are safe
Add details to your Yoti by scanning a government-approved ID document. We accept passports, driving licences and national ID cards from 185+ countries.
Any details you add to your Yoti are encrypted into unreadable data that only you can unlock. The private encryption key to your data is stored safely on your phone – only you can activate this key and access your details using your PIN, Face ID or Touch ID.
Protecting your privacy
We cannot share your details without your permission or mine or sell your data to third parties.
We encourage businesses to only ask for the details they need, so when you choose to share your details with a business using Yoti, you can feel safe sharing less data.

For this month's release, we have improved our security features. If you left your app open before logging out, you will now see a warning message to check if you are still there. If you didn't respond to the first message after some time, we'll log you out.

For us it could be a Game Changer
Our company is looking for a “remote ID verification” solution - and this looks like it’s going to fit the requirement nicely.
Setting up individual Digital ID takes very little time abs works very well. Setting up the Company Hub was a doddle too - plus the inclusion of a Sandbox to test integration - what’s not to like!!!
All this plus e-signing of verified documents - Just need to spend some time to get down and dirty with it but from what I’ve experienced so far t looks just the job.

The Client support team
I simply cannot give anything more than 0 because that is the level of support I have received, but apple won’t accept less than 1. I am locked out of my account because the recovery file is not working and i cannot create an account as my emails are all already in use (they were attached to a single account). I emailed support who, after numerous back and forth emails, said they had a “video call” slot at 12:45 which I accepted. All I got back at 12:47, was an email asking for a screenshot of the “already in use error. The screenshot will provide no additional information to what I have already provided. While they faff deciding whether to actually help, I am stuck locked out of the HUB and unable to do my job because their off-shore support team is nothing but useless. It’s been nearly 4 hours of this back and forth with no real prospect of resolving the issue. I have no faith in this DIDV provider and will be sure to warn any future clients of mine to not use them.

Hi Jay, thanks for the feedback. This is Matias, Head of CS for Yoti. We're terrible sorry for this negative experience, almost, from start to end you had with us this week. This has not gone without a proper review from our side, internally. And hopefully we will be able to improve some the negative scenarios that affected you (Such as: video call requests). As well as providing individual feedback to some of the agents that you've been in touch with. In some cases we were sounding like bots, which I can assure you we're not, but I know how frustrating is to see that you're not being heard (or read in this case) or that you're being asked the same question more than once.

Bug prevents from creating account
I got to the ‘prove it’s you’ section and every time I completed the face scan it would say complete but then when I went back it would crash and close the app. Then I had to reopen the app I had to redo the face scan over and over, so I just deleted and re-installed the app hoping it would fix the issue but it made it worse. I get to the mobile verification and it says account in use and I chose ‘recover account’ then it asks me to use my recovery file that I never got notified to upload to iCloud so it’s simply non-existent. Now I have to email for support but I never provided my email and the only thing that connects me to my account is my number so I can just see this process that is claimed to be a ‘five minute process’ taking a very long time and I almost don’t want to recover my account as I didn’t even get to finish creating an account before I encountered this ‘app breaking bug’. Overall, I’m very disappointed because this has potential it’s just impossible to use at the moment.
