Seems to be working fine, sometimes the App goes down due to technical issues but overall is not bad
Terrible App
Suddenly stopped working; after several visits in branches and few phone calls the problem is still there-they said it’s something technical and they weren’t able to fix it!
The worst thing is that you can’t login online either because it’s connected with the app.
Absolute rubbish
The app requires a registration similar to Revolut or such banks but it’s stupid because in BRD case you actually visit a branch and sign a contract. While registering, it stops at some point saying my phone number and CNP is incorrect while I can clearly see it is. It ask me to call. And I am still waiting for someone to answer…
