No need for wallets or keys, just a few clicks on the app to find your nearest scooter. Unlock the scooter by scanning the QR code, and Zipp to your destination. Users must begin and end their ride in one of our designated parking bays, so just park them safely out of the way of traffic when you’re finished riding. Zipp Mobility gives you complete independence to roam your city, wherever and whenever you want.

3. Unlock the scooter by scanning the QR code located on the handlebar

Good
I was so nervous at first to test it so me and my wife tried we loved it so easy to set up the app and so easy to ride just kick of and get your balance I took it for twenty mins and it cost me 3.00 what I thought was good and the amount of elderly people stopped to ask questions what really would like to try the only bad point was taken it back I could of riding it for hrs really really brightened my day up
Serious Connectivity Issues
I've been using the Zipp mobility app for a few months now, and I've been consistently frustrated by the connectivity issues. I get the "oops something went wrong" notification almost every time I try to use the app, and it's gotten to the point where it’s just ridiculous.
The connectivity issues make it difficult to do anything with the app. I can't see a map of available scooters, I can't unlock scooters, and I can't even see my ride history. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but that hasn't helped.
I'm really disappointed with the Zipp mobility app. It's a great concept, but the connectivity issues make it unusable. I would not recommend this app to anyone until they fix the connectivity issues.
Fun ride
First time on one of these scooters and was fun and got time to where I wanted pretty easily. The scooter seem to lack a bit of power in the way back though. Still a lot of fun and would use again.
