You can also check your daily averages and get insights into your weekly and monthly habits. Liquify works with Apple Watch too, so you can view and update your progress from your wrist.

Quick tip: You can use Liquify to keep tabs on the amount of other liquids you drink too – such as tea and coffee – so it’s a useful app if you’re trying to make healthier choices. There’s also the option to upgrade to Premium, which enables you to log energy drinks, fruit juices, milk, custom drinks and more.

Meet the creator: Benjamin Chaffe created Liquify after switching from fizzy drinks to water and seeing his health improve. Chaffe taught himself to code and is passionate about finding new ways for people to view their data.
