Mettle is a mental health toolkit tailored for men’s minds. It offers guided audio sessions from British survival expert Bear Grylls and other top coaches on concepts such as meditation and breathwork. With techniques to beat stress and anxiety, it crafts a path for you towards positive energy and personal progress.
What we love: Mettle’s satisfying gamified element. The app asks you five questions, then generates “rings” across key mental wellbeing categories based on your answers. Your mission? Close these rings by completing tasks. These can include listening to inspiring Daily Mind Fuel audio sessions, engaging in Mind Hacks to build confidence or using breathing exercises to promote good sleep. Sessions are digestible in a few minutes per day and are available on demand.
