此App為免費提供民眾下載使用，為台中展覽「當臺漫成為光譜 – 臺日動漫美學特展」的一部分。展區分成四大區域，分別是「源頭：入射」、「在地：折射」、「媒介：反射」、「虛實：漫射」。以《當臺漫成為光譜》，將臺灣漫畫文化的起源「日本漫畫」為源，再次思考臺漫的系譜，所呈現不同的面貌去映照出嶄新的脈絡光譜。
此App能夠將臺灣漫畫人物以AR的方式呈現於現實之中，與參觀展覽的民眾互動，即為展覽「虛實：漫射」的主要媒材。
