After nearly a year of work, Borbalo is introducing a fully redesigned experience — a simplified look that makes every feature easy to discover and use. Plus, great news for Tbilisi plan subscribers: if your car is about to be towed for incorrect parking, Borbalo will now call you in addition to sending the usual notification. You'll never miss an alert again.

Big news for Borbalo users! Borbalo now partners with the MERE card by Silk bank. You can split the costs of unexpected fines and other payments into 6 monthly payments — at an effective 0% rate. We've also made fine notifications significantly faster. Thanks to our expanded cooperation with the MIA, you'll now receive information about fines much sooner than before.

In this Borbalo update, we introduce a brand-new 'Market Value' page. By specifying your vehicle's characteristics and condition, our custom-built pricing model will accurately calculate its real market value. We have also added a dedicated page for similar listings, where you can view identical and similar models currently available on the market.

One of Borbalo’s main pages just got even more intuitive! In the app, you’ll now find a completely new, improved look for the vehicle page. All key actions—paying fines, viewing vehicle information, and managing your subscription—have become much simpler and more intuitive.

In the update, you’ll see a new design on the launch screen and the vehicle-adding pages. You can also now add transit motorcycles to the app. This is just the beginning!

The update introduces a new page: “Which fines am I seeing?”. From this page, you can view the fine-issuing agencies from which you receive fines, along with the last time their information was updated. Directly from this page, you can request as manual update, purchase additional agencies, verify fines on the official websites of the issuing agencies, or contact us through the “Help Center.”

Adding transit vehicles is now available in Borbalo! Currently, we are the first and only platform offering the ability to check these fines online. Additionally, the update introduces annual subscription plans for greater convenience and savings. Registration is now possible without a phone number—simply use your Apple, Google, or Facebook account. Subscribers of the Restricted plan can now check fines from protocols.ge. We’ve also updated the appearance of several pages within the app.
