charged for 329!!!!

I was charged for professional plan, without my knowledge. Please change my subscription to monthly and basic.

This is a scam. I was trying to cancel it few days ago but they offers few free days and then charged 329 usd!!!!

I am in political immigration and this is my last money, please help me
