5 New Pro Features Projects — A layer above folders that groups notes and tasks together. Each project has a custom icon, colour, status (active/completed/archived), optional due date, and a live completion percentage calculated from its tasks. Full Projects tab with detail view and progress ring. Time Tracking — Set a time estimate on any task (15 min to 4 hours). Start/stop a built-in timer while you work. Logged time accumulates across sessions. Shows in the task editor with a live ticking display. Smart Scheduling — Tap "Smart Schedule" on any task and the app counts your task load across the next 14 days and suggests the least-busy slot, presented as an alert you can accept or dismiss. PDF Annotation — Open any PDF attachment and draw over it with PencilKit (Apple Pencil or finger). Annotations are saved per page and stored with the attachment in your library. Undo/redo support, page navigation for multi-page PDFs. Tables in Notes — Insert a proper grid table into any note. Edit rows, columns, and cells inline. Add/remove rows and columns up to 20×10. Tables render as a preview card in the note body. PRO: Task Dependencies — Mark any task as "Blocked By" another task. Blocked tasks dim to 40% opacity and show an orange "Blocked" chip. PRO: Focus Mode — Tap the scope icon (⊙) in the Tasks tab toolbar for a full-screen dark view showing only today's tasks. Tap a circle to complete them. PRO: Share as Webpage — Tap the globe icon in any note's toolbar. It uploads a clean HTML version of your note (including tasks) to a public URL and opens the iOS share sheet so you can copy or send the link. PRO: Completion Sound Pack — 5 sounds (Classic, Bell, Pop, Chime, Ping) plus None. Pick yours in Settings. Plays every time you check off a task. PRO: Confetti Animation — When the last task in a note is completed, a burst of coloured confetti rains down from the top of the screen. Bug fixes.
