If someone wants to break into an account, they would do so without the pin or not. It’s not about being any standard. Why don’t you impose that standard on web? Why are users not asked to enter pin after they’ve logged onto their accounts using web? What are you talking about? “Standard security” what? There are other betting apps where you have to just login with your username/number and password and you are good to go. The pin doesn’t necessarily guarantee any extra security. Users should be allowed to enable pin or not - that’s you giving your users options. If you are talking security, then you also need to make sure that pin is entered via web anytime the users refreshes their dashboard on web. Thank you for understanding. 1. You have a very very bad customer service.
2. Your minimum deposit is too much. It should be reduced further.
3. Your withdrawal service is way way poorer than all your services. The minimum withdrawal is too much and I do not receive the SMS to verify the withdrawal. For the past 3 days now, I haven’t been able to withdraw my money and no customer service repress has contacted me yet even after sending a mail. It will best you fix your systems or shut down the company. Period!
