Reset 3.0 is rebuilt around the moment of doing. • Your routine follows you. The step you're on lives on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, with Done and Skip. • I can't start, rebuilt. Name what you're avoiding and watch it break apart into a first move that takes seconds. On iPhones with Apple Intelligence it's written on your phone, privately. • Brain weather. Say how your brain is and Reset suggests one thing. On empty days the whole app goes quiet: three things, and that's enough. • Your month, painted. Every reset adds a brushstroke, and you can share it. No streaks, ever. • Breaks that end on time, with an alarm that reaches you on Silent. • A meds widget for your Lock Screen, Siri shortcuts, and an I can't start button for Control Center and the Action button. • A new look, painted from the icon. A Lifetime option, and a reminder 3 days before any renewal.

Reset now remembers and comes back. • Your bad-day list keeps today's ticks, meds included, and you can write your own three things. • Timers keep counting while you go and do the thing. • Pick up a routine where you left off, skip steps you've done, and put your meds first. • New: Pomodoro cycles with real breaks, and a Brain Dump for everything in your head. • Gentle reminders that actually arrive: check-in, routines and an optional medication reminder. • History and Energy Patterns: your week at a glance. • Pro: run your own routines, full history, energy patterns and custom app icons. • Calmer screens and text that follows your size setting. Restore Purchases finds your subscription.

Under-the-hood improvements. Same features you know and use - thank you for using Reset!
