Bolt charges is few which benefits the passenger even with the increase in fuel prices bolt hasn’t review their prices. For the pick ups, some people especially in Kumasi mistakenly have problem with pick ups and destinations. They sometimes type in the destination place rather than the pickups and you as a driver following the map to the pickup arrives at wrong place and even if u call them they won’t even pick, is very worrying. Lastly on the bonuses, as for me I’m part time worker here so for this week, your bonus is set for the whole of this week which won’t benefit me and at the end of the day instead of using the bonus to settle bolt commission I rather use the money I get to settle the commission which is also disturbing. If there’s anything you can do please make it possible for us the drivers. I think bolt rather wants more customers to enroll in their app and therefore has made prices cheaper for them and not the bolt driver. I will be happy and most bolt drivers if these issues are being settled.

Good day. I want to know why a rider canceling his trip affects my rating. Do you think a Ghanaian will blame himself for his actions? Think deep about this question and do your own research and analyze it well. Riders will always find a good reason to defend themselves by saying driver asked me to cancel. Why should I ask him to cancel whiles I also have access to cancel on my app? Study my trips very well you would get to know that I go for every rider who makes an order. A times whiles almost there I realize trip canceled and my rate goes down because the rider says driver asked to cancel. How many bolt riders pick up phones to call drivers before canceling? Please review this well.
Now the robbery cases are so alarming that riders order for a ride and when you arrive he or she come with few friends to pick our phone and money and quickly goes away. It has happened to me severally but bolt will only ask you to report to the police and nothing be done after so why should canceling a trip that will lead me to danger affect my rating. Think about this and update the app well. The right things are being handled the wrong way.

You guys think we’re kids right? Can’t you see the way fuel is rising? Now fuel is 8.25ghc per liter and you’re giving bonuses to rides as if we don’t know what to use our cars for. Do you think we’re happy driving the app? It’s not your fault I’ll blame online drivers for not being United. If not you guys can not take decisions on your own without consulting us. We didn’t say don’t give discounts to riders…… if you’re giving them discounts then you need to charge us based on the money you want us to collect from them and charge your 25%. Eg: I rider picked my car and you charge the person 21ghc the you tell the person to pay 8ghc and charge me 25% based on the total price. Moreover how do you give such discounts that the riders bonus is more than the fare the driver should take? Will it make you happy when that is being done to you guys? I will call that stealing. You guys are robing us of our time and sweet. A point is coming where we’re going to sue you guys. You charge 20% service fee in Kumasi, Takoradi and other regions but charge 25% in Accra. Are we not buying the same fuel or theirs is different? Don’t tell me because there’s more demand here. You guys are thieves. We’re going to kick you out. Shame on you guys.
