Bolt: Request a Ride 4+

I used to enjoy your app but currently it's
nothing to write home about, prices are now
extremely high for the same distances and there's
always a surge no matter which time of the day it
is with outrageously high prices.
There’s also very long pick-up time with high prices which is very disappointing and annoying.
Also, Bolt needs to be more upfront about their rates when you request a ride. I've had too many instances of the price shooting up drastically without justifiable cause such as unforeseen traffic. It's a very disappointing because I have several ride apps and compare prices before requesting only to arrive and get prices even higher than other ride apps I had previously checked. Please don't state a price you don't intend to stick to!!
Additionally, Bolt should let drivers see where their customers are going because so many times, drivers call to ask of the rider’s destination and when they feel they can’t go, they just ask you to cancel. Some don’t even move at all until called. They should also show the riders the map to their destination and not only for the drivers.

I took this driver to Aburi and the driver told to give him extra Ghc20 because from your App he wasn’t seeing any requests at Aburi so I agreed and paid. Unfortunately, my daughter left the bag when I got to my destination so the driver took it away . I called the driver and told him my daughter had left the bag in his car so he should return it . He told me he was at Aburi toll-boot and he can’t return cause he had a trip. I begged him and he told me he would return the bag after that very trip so I agreed. He brought the bag back and told me he is Ghc48 because he was from a place which has skipped me. I told I had no money so I would momo him . At that moment ,I was in Accra. He said he wouldn’t agree to that so he ended the call. I tried calling him back several times but he didn’t answer. I tried with different numbers and he also didn’t answer. About 30 minutes later, my daughter called me and complained bitterly that the driver came looking for her and harassed her to give him the Ghc48 . He really embarrassed her and she very emotional. I’ll definitely take the App to court if nothing is done about this issue. Waiting for your response. Thank you

Please I ordered a ride early this morning and when the trip ended I was supposed to pay 8cedis I gave this driver 20cedis he said he doesn’t have changed so I added 3cedis to it so he gives me 15cedis change but still he claimed he didn’t have change. it was aroung 4 am n I was going to have my Ghana card registration done n as at that time there was no vendor around to look for change and this driver waited quite a while and he was like he’s driving down a lil in town and see if he will get change and bring it to me. I trusted him because I was wasting his time abt an hour time he wasn’t back I called him and he told me that he still hasn’t n will send me mobile money once he see a momo vendor I didn’t receive any alert of money being sent to me but around 8 he called n said he took someone to ofankor barrier and he’s now coming so when he comes he will bring it himself up till now I have waited since please can you do something about it for me cos I need my 15cedis urgently 😠
