I have not been able to login after download. I have typed all my details and accepted the terms and conditions but it can’t login

Log issues

If you do not have an email connected to your bank account this is the useless app you can ever try. No option to even type in an email when you want to link your account for OTP for registration to use the app. What’s the use of an app when customer has to be at the office to set up email linkage ?
It would be better for your team to create another option like SMS Opt or call Opt response to help customers who do not have emails connected to their accounts because not all of us can get emails Also the USSD banking too is a mess tried registering with both of my numbers it’s not working I’m even tired of CBG the old app was okay until you had it make it worst and unable some of us not to get access to this new app

Disappointing experience

I'm extremely disappointed with the CBG mobile app. Yesterday, I attempted to access my account and was prompted to answer a security question. Unfortunately, I got the first question wrong, and my account was immediately blocked without warning.
I understand the importance of security, but locking out a user after a single incorrect answer is excessive and frustrating. This rigid approach causes unnecessary inconvenience and anxiety. I even wish not to have to app again!!!
