The COMPASS app introduces the concept of remote testing by allowing candidates to take their assessments from virtually anywhere in the world, with internet access only required to login and upload results. The COMPASS app contains several tests that assess the student cognitive, eye hand coordination and personality.
COMPASS software provides ATOs and Airlines with the tools to efficiently and reliably select candidate pilots, ranging from students to experienced aviators.
Our in-house development team is also dedicated to releasing frequent updates, including new features and important bug fixes, based on the valuable feedback our support team receives.
A client account or token that is supplied by invitation is required to gain access to our pilot selection services.

- Modified the the Control Task module by adjusting how the flight director behaves during pitch/roll position transitions. The original flight director logic remains active by default; contact COMPASS Support to enable the new version.

- Added the COMPASS Personality Profile module to both the COMPASS and Advanced COMPASS programs (enabled via the client portal).
- Changing the system text size through the iPad’s Accessibility settings no longer has any effect on the in-app text size.
- Added an Accessibility option to the Settings popup.
- Introduced a new text size option within the Accessibility settings, allowing users to choose between small, medium, and large text sizes (default is medium).
- Fine-tuned all UI elements containing text to ensure full compatibility with the new text size option available under Accessibility settings.
- It is now possible to disable DOB 2-Step Verification from the client portal by leaving the Date of Birth entry blank.
- Updated the Verbal Reasoning information text control so that it dynamically adjusts its height based on the length of the text.
- Added a tap gesture icon to the Virtual Invigilator camera preview to inform users of the transparency option.
- Enhanced the Memory module keypad by implementing a character limit on the answer field, disabling the numeric keypad when users attempt to enter more than nine digits, and preventing the answer field from being erased when pressing enter if no category is selected.

- Added a transparency feature to the Virtual Invigilator's camera preview: tapping the camera control reduces its opacity to 0.5, making the background content readable. Tapping the control again restores the original opacity.
