Master System Design
Free · In-App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
System design is becoming one of the most important skills for software engineers. Many companies now require a dedicated system design interview, and your career growth often depends on your ability to design large-scale systems. Devmaxx gives you one focused system design question every day across databases, infrastructure, APIs, theory, and product to help you learn these skills and stay sharp. Each question takes about two minutes, and includes a resource to learn more about the subject.
What you’ll get:
• A new system design question daily
• Clear explanations for every answer
• Breakdown of the correct answer
• Access to previous questions
• Linked resources to go deeper
• Access to a private community of developers learning and building the same things as you
• Progress tracking to monitor growth
• Join your friends in pods and battle against other pods while learning system design.
If you’re preparing for interviews, this builds daily momentum.
If you’re already working as an engineer, this keeps your fundamentals sharp.

Ratings & Reviews
Pods are here.
Pods: start a pod with up to 10 friends, or join one with a code or link. Your pod has its own weekly leaderboard in the Compete tab.
Pod battles: every week, pods with 3 or more members take on another pod. The pod that earns the most XP by the end of the week wins.
Pod chat: cheer each other on, trash talk the other pod, or ask about a tricky question.
XP for right answers: XP now only comes from correct answers. Each question pays once a day, for your first answer that day.
I don't know: stuck in a quiz session or endless practice? Tap I don't know to see the answer. The question goes to your review queue.
Remove from review: tired of a question? In a review session, tap the … menu to take it out of your review queue for good.
Plus bug fixes and small improvements.
There's a lot more coming soon.
