Tried the app. Very good and interactive I really like the Mobile Money link. It would be much easier if you can add card transfers in there too. Good job though
Poor account recovery
I haven’t been able to access my account for sometime now and there seems to not be the option of being able to use my email or telephone number for recovery. Dev’s at your end must work on this ASAP. It’s a big flaw. There’s no need for me to call the help line just for account recovery when I can do that remotely. Also, what pin does the system demand when the “forgotten password” option is selected? Asking because it’s not doing anything to help.
