Can’t log in
For almost Two weeks now . The app can’t even load . I have been to my branch , I have uninstalled and installed back but still can’t get access
Full of Errors
It seems like the developer of the app did not test it throughly before deploying it.
When you try to recover your User ID; the app request for only email and date of birth.
But after submitting the feedback is for you to set answers to the security question.
I can go on and on with the flaws in the app.

Very sorry for the misconception about this. It is prerequisite for one to register for the internet banking service for a profile to be created by the bank. Then credentials will be provided for your login to your profile, hence bank account. Your initial login will mandate you change the default password and setup your profile and completing the profile setup is to answer this security questions for the purpose of your self password reset should you forget your password. Alternatively if one is already registered but has not migrate from the old to the new interface, can request a password reset from the bank.
