GhanaPay Customer 4+

Well am very happy Ghana is moving digitally slowly I know we will surely get there now lemme get to the app I really like how the system is simply design I mean the interface is not complicated but my problem is why is that the transfer section has no option to transfer from Momo to GhanaPay but it’s the other way round transferring from GhanaPay to Momo ? We have to get a feature like that and well you provided an option for us to choose our banks but didn’t provide an option for us to link our bank account too?

I’m in for this digitization thing cause it’s about time Ghana 🇬🇭 moves forward

I have seen the CBDC project too I mean Issa a whole vibe but I wished this was a decentralized thing not centralized 😅 anyways I need answers to my questions

Hi, is been a while I downloaded the Ghana Pay app unto my IPhone to make good use of it for my transactions, but since I downloaded app, it has allow any form transactions to be done. Although, there are options to operate the transaction but non of them works.
I don’t if is technical know how or is the problem of the app. The app allowed me to choose my bank but doesn’t allow transactions between my bank account and the GhanaPay.

I will be glad if you diligently fix this. The app is just on my phone and can’t be used for any transaction.

I’ve tried signing up for almost two days now and I haven’t completed because the part that ask for a selfie ain’t working properly.

The phone camera opens but no button to capture the selfie.
