院外心脏骤停救援三部曲为“AED+心肺复苏+120”，心源性患者在黄金四分钟后存活率不足50%，因此在120到来前，尽快进行必要的体外除颤和心肺复苏迫在眉睫，而本产品弥补了三部曲中前两部分的空白，可以为患者带来AED和心肺复苏。
急救天眼APP力求实现在黄金四分钟内为心脏骤停患者展开急救，我们的角色分为四种，呼叫者，AED志愿者，急救员和接线员。呼叫者可以为自己呼叫也可为他人呼叫，AED志愿者拿取AED后赶往现场，急救员直接赶往现场救助患者，接线员会全程参与给予专业的指导和帮助。
在您呼救之后，接线员会与您直接进行语音通话，同时本APP会根据您的实时位置为您自动匹配附近的两名急救员和一名AED志愿者，实现饱和式救援，为生命提供多层保障。
同时我们的急救员和AED志愿者由热心群众和医护等担任，我们会有专门的资质审核环节，保证急救员具有急救资质，为患者带来专业的急救。
