Issue With Pickup Locations
I am very happy with the app and the options available to me, especially those imported from abroad.
But there’s a fundamental problem with the way you choose a pickup location to get your stuff. People should be able to choose a pickup location based on their daily commute and convenience, but Jumia insists that you should only have access to locations close to your shipping address.
Please allow us to choose whichever pickup location we want, instead of having to choose a shipping address and automatically getting a small list of nearby locations.

Worst order experience, worst delivery agent staff in Nigeria,
They boast exceptional advertising, featuring appealing colors and strong branding. However, their delivery service leaves much to be desired in terms of customer experience. When reaching out to their customer care, they repeatedly assure that they will address the issue, yet fail to follow through. Personally, I encountered an instance where I placed an order, and their delivery representative informed me that I needed to meet them at a specified location; otherwise, my product wouldn't be delivered, citing differences from platforms like Jumia. Unfortunately, my product never arrived, and the order was eventually canceled. This experience is truly disappointing.
It's regrettable that their investment in customer interaction and support more specifically their delivery team doesn't match the attention given to their branding. If they channeled more efforts into enhancing their customer-facing interactions as they do with their branding, they have the potential to become an industry leader.
Poor delivery
I swear you guys are the worst of all. I ordered for home theater machine. I taught they would call me for a pick up. I waited for almost a month and decided to use the live chat. I did and I was told my item has been delivered so I shld go for a pick up. I swear I paid almost 40gh for a taxi and just when I’m about to reach there I got a text that my item has been cancelled and taught it was joke. Just then I had an alert of the money I had used to Order the product on my phone. I was like wow.. I swear I was almost hit by a taxi. I couldn’t believe it. I ve Waited for all almost a month and this was what has happened to me. Nobody contacted me whether the item shld be cancelled or not how come. And their sunyani chiraa shop too never called me that my item is in. I swear on other apps then don’t do things without our concern oo. Seriously up till now I’m still in a shock. The money I had wasted and the joy I was in when I heard it has arrived. I almost died. How can u guys do this. I swear I won’t Order from u again
