App crashes sometimes when opening a product picture.
Your services are quite okay. But the app crashes sometimes. I've been updating it with any update that u release but the app still crashes sometimes when I'm opening a picture. It usually happens when the network is not stable but that is not a reason for the app to crash. You need to fix it, it's very annoying.
I haven’t received my goods for a long time yet the goods are in my country, Ghana.
I keep sending reports to your online delivery contact and they keep saying they’ll work on it but nothing. They’re quite rude actually. I paid for delivery yet a delivery guy called me and said my location is too far because of fuel so he’s leaving it at one of their offices I should come for it yet I’ve paid for delivery. What kind of services is this?
KiKUU wasn’t like this before. It was a very professional app. Now see what the workers you picked to work for you are doing. How is it ok to negotiate delivery you’ve already paid for? I just don’t understand..till now I haven’t received my goods and he’s not even picking my calls yet the app says I’ve received my goods and signed for. That’s a total lie. I need my goods! Do something about it please
Not happy
I love shopping on KiKUU but please a lot has to be done,when you place an order and it delays there should be an option for order cancellation and refund when the item has not been confirmed! Secondly you no longer give updates on the items purchase like before and that is very bad,you only send one message to show items confirmation and that’s all,please go back to the old version on this one cos I’m no longer enjoying the app! As I speak to you now, I bought a lot of items for Christmas since first week of November but most of them have not been confirmed not to talk of shipment and now Christmas is here! I’m really disappointed!
