I love using Hubtel to order food because the process is seamless. One feature I loved while ordering food was my ability to see the delivery costs for the restaurants when viewing their menu. This helped me to budget, choose foods based on my spend limit and not over spend.Now, I can only see the delivery cost after I have chosen my delivery time which makes me sad.😅In the case where it exceeds my budget I have to come back and select items again.I wish the previous process is restored. Thank you
More than 3hours, no way to cancel

Hubtel has always been fast, I can’t count the number of times I made orders on this app , all satisfactory, but today I made an order (KFC) and my I’ve been debited and it says preparing for close to 3hours now. I get it, maybe they’re busy and can’t fulfill the order, but why is it that I can’t cancel the order and get another food? I should have the option to cancel it, and that’s my problem. The food is not coming, which isn’t my fault, so I should be able to cancel it and get another food. I even called customer service and they said they’ll find out and call me back, but I waited and they didn’t call for some time before I had to call again and it was of no use. We take some things for granted and it becomes our downfall, always happy customer now learning about this small thing which led to knowing about bad customer service and now when I want food I’ll just go get it myself, thanks. Last thing I wanna add, we should be able to rate riders, because some of them are very bad, they take your order and roam with it or instead of going to confirm your order they’ll just roam till they feel like going, one was even insulting me when they called for first time thinking I hadn’t picked meanwhile I was just listening to all the insults.
Unable to send funds

The primary reason i downloaded this app is to send money. If I can’t send money, what is the point of having this app on my phone? For close to a week now whenever I try to send money I get the feedback that “your transaction os under review “. Worst of all, there is no way to get access to customer service (that is if there is even a customer service). The only way to make my issue known is to come here and voice them out. I think that is a very bad system design choice you guys made. Did it not come up at any point in time that your users are going face issues for which they’d need some assistance? 😪. Look, this issue began after I did that unnecessary update. Now I’m positive I’m not the only user facing this problem. But how many users do you think will come here and make their plight known? I like to use this app because of your low fees. But what’s the point of having low fees if the app does not work? At least with expressPay even though their fees are higher than you guys they’ve actually put a lot of effort in their user experience and guess what, their app works. When you face a problem, customer service is right there to help.

As someone who has been using Hubtel more recently than in the past, their service today disappointed me massively. Tell me why I place an order, see the calculated delivery price, proceed to check out, and see that the delivery charge has been increased even further? When I called to ask why this is, I was told their new “update” made it that even though you see the delivery price at check out, it recalculates your distance from the restaurant?What nonsense is that?How does this help the customer?How is this an update? And don’t get me started on their delivery times. I ordered food at 12:24pm. Mind you, I’m hungry, and since I’ve ordered before, I know their delivery times are not too long. Tell me why as at 2pm I’ve STILL not received my order? I was called at 1pm by the customer service rep and told the drivers were “a bit busy, and would pick up my order in 10-15 mins time” Is two pm 10-15 minutes? Is it? After that initial call, I WASN’T CALLED AGAIN. No heads up. Nothing. I tried calling their customer service number, I received no response. The very least you could have done was to keep me updated me. The very least. I finally got my food at 2:45pm. 2:45pm.And as someone who needed food before I take my meds, this is so disappointing, Hubtel. This is so disappointing. And disrespectful of my time
