Works easy with all the networks!
No response!
I installed the app a couple of months ago. I then used the feedback portion in the app to provide feedback and ask some questions. Up to today there hasn’t been anything as much even an acknowledgment of my feedback! I thought the interface is really sweet, and I definitely would want this to replace a rival service I’m using currently. I’ve had to delete your app because of the non-response. As a new entrant into this space you have to be quick to provide response to customers; that is how you gain some. Even those who have been in the system for long are struggling to gain customers so you should be thankful if anyone shows interest in your app. We’re poor at customer service. You guys should seek to make that a priority. Quick responses to feedback!!
