Did you all read the terms and conditions on this app,at this point I just don't know whether to invest in long term or short term because I just don't understand why under TERMINATION it says,plus may terminate these terms and conditions,your access to this App and use of online services at any time,without prior notice to you.

My KYC couldn’t be updated

Updating the ‘source of funds’ session at my KYC couldn’t succeed as it kept giving me an error message for the past week. After deleting and reinstalling it still didn’t work, meanwhile I have deposited, and they are not allowing me to neither invest nor withdraw because of this ‘KYC’ error or whatever. Nothing has been solved till now. If you solve that I will come back and do this review again

Updating the ‘source of funds’ session at my KYC couldn’t succeed as it kept giving me an error message for the past week. I’ve filled everything accurately but they still tell me to fix it anytime I’ve reach out to their support team 10 times but still there’s no proper respond whyyy Why do you keep stressing me this will be the last time I’m working with you guys it’s been months you haven’t approved my KYC Everything is accurate even the space for Ghana post service lacks one number I’m tired of this I can’t take it anymore there’s no way you are gonna approve it so it’s better I don’t work with you guys anymore Thank you

Please fix your KYC verification issues. After I capture the picture of my card, it takes me to a place to edit the points on the scan. After editing, there is no button to continue the process so I am just stuck. I have literally tried over 9 times
