Speedaf is becoming worse
I had to receive my parcel three days ago…when I called you guys rescheduled it…I didn’t complain…the next day that I was supposed to receive it too…I didn’t get a call so I called myself to find out…after several calls…when you guys finally picked up my call…you told me I will receive it the next day…and this morning I have been calling like several times and the person hangs up my call…I just want to pick up my parcel too and you don’t even wanna pick up and say something to me… this is the last time I will use your services…A VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE…please work on your stuffs lol
Speedaf is not reliable
If you are thinking of using speedaf for you business delivery , stop!! All your customers will be driven away with their late pick up and delivery… I ordered for a pick up a week ago and item has not been picked up yet not to talk about delivering it and every time I call i get different stories.. I’m still waiting for them to pick up .. if anyone know about a different delivery option please suggest it to me..
Let them handle ur deliveries at your own risk
U people are the worst of the worst. U will assure person u are coming for pickup but wil never show. U won’t answer calls or messages. I just don’t knw how u work with vendors. If u can’t ,why even bother.
