Description
GWCL App is designed for the convenience of the customers of Ghana Water Company Limited (GWCL) to pay their bills. The GWCL Customers Mobile app allows customers to have full control of their meter accounts, make payments as and when, anywhere, and anytime.
This self-service enables users to view the current and previous transactions. The GWCL App is integrated with all payment gateway which gives customers the flexibility to choose their preferred mode of payment is Mtn Mobile Money, or Vodafone Cash.

Decimal point
The decimal point does not seem to work when you are paying your bills. Can this be fixed as soon as possible?
Unsupported Meter Number
Some of the meter numbers are not up to 12 digits so the app doesn’t support those ones, it’s not our fault that the digits are not up to 12 so kindly adjust the app so it can accept the 10 or 11 digit meter numbers. Because they are also correct and in the system too
Surprisingly Effective
App allows me to view amount due for payment days ahead of receiving bills via SMS.
Payment of bills is so easy and smooth. Easy and free access to statements of accounts for any period/date range.
