Welcome to Sprout! An educational app intended to improve the discussion surrounding mental health. We provide educational resources, a mindfulness center, journaling and more! Our mission is to help people recognize mental health as a necessity that requires attention and care. We thank Vecteezy, Kavsoft, and Psych Hub for helping us make Sprout come to life!
