Collect experiment data and watch a model learn to fit it. Works with a Micro:bit and phone sensors. Switch among Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English.
Teachable Data helps teachers and students learn regression and prediction by doing the work themselves. No programming is required to get started.
Enter data by hand, import a file, or collect real measurements from a Micro:bit or the sensors in your phone. Training is shown as it happens, so students can see the model fit the data. When you are done, export a report, an interactive predictor, or a program that runs on a Micro:bit.
Three projects:
• Regression: use X to predict Y. Linear, polynomial, power, exponential, and logarithmic models. • Advanced ML: decision tree, random forest, and KNN, for regression or classification. • Multiple regression: use several inputs to predict one outcome.
Useful in physics, chemistry, biology, mathematics, and technology classes. Examples include light and distance, reaction and temperature, and plant growth and light. Repeated measurements can be grouped into a mean and a spread, so students can discuss how reliable a result is.
Switch the interface among Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English. PDF reports, interactive HTML, and Micro:bit code comments follow the language you choose.
