Poor service
Worse mapping system in Ghana, poor customer service in Ghana. Yango needs to do something about the mapping system and the pricing because the moment a driver goes further from the destination of the rider, the price drops. Secondly the map is closed for drivers for not able to do trip update. I think the app needs to be open for drivers too. The app is worse on IOS. I think the Yango Pro needs a total overhaul on the IOS
Drivers in Ghana need some clarifications.
Hi, I really have serious problem with the support center in Ghana. Some of The support team in Ghana are acting unprofessional when it comes to how they deal with issues that we put before there. I have been asking for a breakdown on how much Yango charge on this followings:

I have been asking for this information and the support team is unable to provide me with this information. Drivers on Yango platform have the right to know how much Yango charges per trip and what figures are use to calculate the final fare.
Another thing too is the so call bonus that is going on in Ghana. Yango actually cut prices that riders are supposed to pay and make it look like they are giving you bonuses from the trip we make but the fact is all trips can we calculated manually without the Yango app.
Fuel is very expensive for you Yango to be pegging fare for riders. Some riders know about this fixed fare so they intentionally input destination that are shorter than where they are actually going in order to beat down the fare.

Yango app is very bad in Ghana it is not good for drivers because we are only suffering and struggling every day to work on the app their prices are very low when fuel prices go up 3 or 4 times in a year they will continue to charge the same amount they also block drivers without and tangible reason however their commission is 25% and they claim they are charging 18 % which is are lie drivers are suffering and can not make anything to feed themselves and their family they are not here to help drivers earn money rather they are making drivers poor every day it is good to close the app than to continue to make drivers suffer.
