Fix for drawing animations on some PDFs. Factored out Annotation drawing from PDFView, which means that the drawing of the annotations is now completely decoupled from the PDF-Rendering itself. This the issue of some irregular PDFs failing to draw annotations is gone for good, also changes in the annotations will no longer trigger any redraws of the PDF view.
