Bugs need fixing, otherwise would be an amazing app
Latest update has a bug in the “my trips” section. Even when logged in, when you click to see future booked trips, you have to put the booking reference and account name to access the info, because the login information don’t seem to be working. Even after logging out and in again, the problem persists. I use the app to browse flights (which for the most part works), and have quick access to my bookings (which doesn’t work). Please fix it, it has potential to be a very helpful app if it fully functions.
Constant bugs
This trash app cost me 20€ for changing seats and I never got them back. The button glitched when I paid and they took 20€ twice from my card. I never got it back.
Now I tried booking a flight with limited availability only for them to take the money from my card AGAIN and then I received an email that the tickets couldn’t get issued. This was because I redeemed points which I couldn’t after all because Imm not the head of the miles and cash program in our family. If it’s not possible why put the option there? Smart.
Now I have to wait for my money back which I know I’m never gonna get unless I call them every day. And of course I’m never gonna find the flights I initially wanted since I don’t have a spare 300€ to buy aegean tickets every 5 minutes because your system cannot function properly.
You’re a multibillionaire airline with the worst app available on the market. Every time I’ve used this app only bad things have happened.
People do yourselves a favor and never use this app. Terrible.
Not consistent and may lead to issues with your flight
There are discrepancies between the information you see between this app and what their system shows when you browse it from your computer. There are critical information missing from the app - that their system though computer browser shows - which may lead to extra fees. Maybe it’s not updated regularly as it should? These failures render this particular app problematic at the least.
In my occasion, Even when you complete the check in process for a multi city flight, the actual system (again, the inform you see from a computer browser) shows that the check in is partial.
I would refrain from using this app at least until they fix these issues completely. Personally, this app cost me a lot of wasted time and resulted in extra fees that I had to address by calling their customer support.
