Bad service
One of my orders got canceled and I got no feed back other than the word “Anulata” in romanian.No options were given to me about what to do with this situation and i didn’t get the money back.The service is terrible, they don’t pick up the phone and they don’t give any options for me to solve my issue other than the ironic option to tip them or order the product again without the original discount that I got it with or mentioning whether or not I will pay full price again or the difference.If you want a fancy app with no purpose download it!
