ASOS - Discover Fashion Online 4+

I like asos bc i have order many times up to 10+ orders and all good.. But in my last 2 orders the items are not as described in information for example 100% cotton socks said and when i received it said 61%!!
+ I have so many items that i want to buy them but in checkout you don't ship them in Greece like why you show them to buy it if you don't let me??!! also, i tried in all countries list to buy those items and none of them was allowed it for shipping.. So it's technical problem that you don't fix it!!
I have told you that and you totally ignore me even though i have ordered many times and i was very satisfied with Asos but those months the items i received are not as described that's a big shame and disrespectful to me that you don't consider my opinion

I love ASOS and the app but since the last update the selection of country is connected with the local language! This resulted myself not shopping from ASOS any more because I live in Netherlands but I don’t speak any Dutch as an example but you should take into consideration that there are many expats around the world where they don’t speak the local language! So could you please give the option of choosing English as second option to every country/language? Even the emails and offers I am receiving is in Dutch and is absolutely useless to me and I guess some more customers. Thank you

They changed the courier company for shipping to Greece and either the parcels getting lost or either they are delayed. I shop many years from asos and it keeps getting worse and worse over time. 6 months ago i had to return a shirt due to big size and after 1 and half month the parcel never returned to them. I contacted the courier and they seem to have lost it. I couldnt get money back from asos case 28 have already passed. At least after 2 months they found the parcel and shipped it back to me. It costed me 180€ for a shirt that is a size up and cant do nothing for it. Lately i was waiting for a parcel to arrive by 16 of august. 21 of august i contact asos and they tell me that the courier lost the parcel. Now i have to wait for money return. When u spent a ton of money( personally i even spend 1000€ on orders before) on their site u expect nothing less but having ur parcels shipped to according to the date of arrival.
