BVI Pro is a new way for professionals to collect body composition and other health data on a patient or client, just from a tablet.
Welcome to BVI Pro, an app designed to allow professionals to collect a comprehensive range of patient/ client health data.
Using your own tablet, enter the demographic details (Age, Biological Sex, Height, Weight, Ethnicity and Activity Level) of your patient or client.
Then, you just take two images (front and side profile) of the individual. These images are sent to the BVI API, where a 3D model is created. The images are never stored.
The Body Volume Index (BVI) algorithms can then predict:
Waist circumference
Hip circumference
Waist-to-hip ratio
Waist-to-height ratio
Total body fat
Visceral fat
Body Volume Index Risk Indicator, developed and validated over ten years.
