Routine Trials Routine Trials keeps your user-recorded battery-use observations in a local notebook and compares a changed habit with its baseline only when conditions match. 1. Open Power Lab and choose Routine Trials. Explore the clearly labeled example to see how matching works. 2. Record completed trials with their activity, changed habit, timing, battery percentages, brightness, network and surroundings. Flag charging or interruptions. 3. Collect at least three matching pairs, inspect the median drain rates and reading-resolution limits, then share the observation report. Battery readings and conditions are manually recorded. This is not battery health, capacity measurement, continuous monitoring or proof of causation. Trials last 15–240 minutes; less than two percentage points of drain is excluded. Pairing requires matching activity/network/surroundings, brightness and start levels within 5 points, and duration within 25%. Observations are never reused or counted across overlapping periods. Up to 2,000 observations are saved locally.

Adds Battery Action Plan, a ranked on-device coach that turns charging, thermal, drain, and trip signals into practical next steps. The update also expands the offline battery reference workflow.

Version 2.2 adds Longevity Scenario Studio with a local 14-day baseline, adjustable habit plans, annualized projections, confidence, one-week tests, share summaries, and a categorized Power Lab with nineteen specialist tools This release also refreshes the native iPhone and iPad experience, accessibility, privacy boundaries, and App Store screenshots. There are no accounts, subscriptions, advertising, tracking, or developer-operated services.
