I booked my space in Chania airport parking easily and quickly. I was happy to see the discount offered through the app.

Η πόρτα εξόδου στο πεδίο Άρεως είναι εδώ και μήνες χαλασμένη ώστε δεν ανοίγει πολλές φορές καθόλου. Έχω βρεθεί στις 2:30 χαράματα να προσπαθώ με καύσωνα να ανοίξω Καθ παράλληλα να μην απαντάει κανένας στο θυροτηλέφωνο.
Επιπλέον δεν υπάρχει μέριμνα για τα παρκαρισμένα αυτοκίνητα ακριβώς στην έξοδο πάνω στο πεζοδρόμιο που στενεύουν το δρόμο.

Needs improvement

I’m not able to book a car wash via the mobile app. Right after the step for paying with credit card, I receive a message that there was an unexpected error!
And there is no history of past transactions in my profile.

For example did the error appear before or after selecting payment method? If it was after selecting the payment method did you choose an already saved one or added a new one? Thank you in advance
