Expected more from Somfy
Let’s start from the installation. All ok if you’re lucky enough to have a proper installation of a heating system. What happens if you need help connecting???? Nothing in the help section just a basic video showing you the obvious ( remove old thermostat before installing new🤯) and in order to check the assistance video you need to activate the device. Not ok if you decide to return the product.
The app is ok-nothing great- but has a very slow response. Change the temperature and wait for 5 minutes before the thermostat receives the new data.
All for all not worth the investment.
Geo tracking not working properly ..
I am using the thermostat in geo tracking mode …it is not always working properly…sometimes doesn’t tracking the geographic location at all and I have to open the app to read my location in order to much the temperature .Other times in schedule mode doesn’t working at all (turn on -time ) thank god not always .I bought this product due to its brand.I am disappointed.
