EQARCOM+ is a convenient smart application that lets property occupants manage their leases, maintenance, and community activities. Through the EQARCOM+ App, tenants can submit rental applications, sign and store lease documents, request maintenance, and pay their rents and fees online. EQARCOM+ allows landlords to collect KYC (Know Your Customer) information digitally, without the hassle of meeting tenants in person.
