Previous message:
I am unable to log in my account. My Logitech account is connected through my google account, which I can’t access. I get a message that says: Something went wrong. Please try again after some time. I press OK and then I get an error message: Something’s not quite right ! L1002: Failed to retrieve your identity information. Please assist.

mitchcorp, we have fixed this issue in the latest version. Can you update the app to the latest version v5.7.11 and see if that resolves your issue!
Having issues with the setup
After downloading the app, opened it, and tapped on find new harmony hub, I did find my harmony hub. the problem is that when I clicked on setup hub, it was showing me the error E2012. I tried again and again and again, but nothing seems to work. It just keeps on popping up. Because of that, I’m not recommending the app at all, because it wasted 2 hours of my life.
