Now you can buy your tickets or multi-trip cards by following just a few steps. Download the application on your mobile, register and manage your trip the way you want, immediately and without delay.
With the Hellenic Train application, you can buy, change, modify and even cancel your ticket, without having to visit one of the company's ticket offices.
Choose from the list of available trips, inform about the type of train and the intermediate stations of the route, choose one of the available payment methods (bank card/Paypal/use of bonus/use of gift card) and download your ticket or look for it in your list of trips when you need it.
In addition, with the push of a button, you can add a note to your mobile calendar with the date/time of the trip you purchased, so you don't miss any of your trips!

The worst, non - functional, irrational and useless "app"
Too bad I can't rate it with 0/5. Can't even call this nightmare an "application". Registration does not work, password reset looks like working but it does not. It says you are signed up but still can't sign in. The only thing you can do is use it as a portal for the web platform, but even then it will make you regret all the life decisions that led you using this piece of nonsense. Terrible.
They wouldn’t send me my ticket
For some reason they couldn’t send me tmy ticket to my email that I paid for, due to “malfunctions of the system”. I called and at first they thought I was bluffing in order to get a free ticket!! But then a guy in the train station helped me, I got my ticket only 4-5 minutes before the train arrived.

Much better than the previous version, buying tickets is easier than before!
