The app is very good when it works properly. I am a lifetime premium subscriber before they had included Greek banks in the sync list. I was surprised and very excited when they offered the functionality. It worked fine until the sync period expired and I had to re-login to my bank and renew my credential .... I was confused a little because no two credit cards were supported by my bank and took me a while to enable again the syncing function, after contacting the help desk of the app. But again a month after I had successfully managed to setup the app, it stopped syncing again. Now when I try to re-sync there are no Greek banks in the list... That’s a bit frustrating and disappointing...Update The app development teamed responded very quickly that will resolve the issue. This is a plus for the app. Hope to fix the problem soon !

A very useful app but need updates urgently

This app gives you a full control of you finance and spendings. Customised with the possibility to create numerous sub categories. The only issue issue is that this sub categories are not in the order that you want but it is by default. If we can re order the position then it will be very friendly to the user. Also a calculator is a must to be added on iOS app. Statistics very powerful. Widgets on the front screen superb. Please continue to upgrade the app, as it has been long time since the last big upgrade

good as an app but serious problem with categorization. Such applications are intended to put some things in order but you start by finding that you cannot put the categories in the order you want! In particular, the categories are not easily adjusted and you cannot display them in the order you would like. Normally, you should be able to easily delete them, reposition them, and have them stay in their new position and not where the system wants them to be. Another significant problem is that there is no total amount in the budget so you don't know how much is left beyond what you have budgeted for. You don't have a clear picture of how much you have left. This case creates a waste of time for me and is a reason for not renewing the purchase. It is also a disadvantage that there is no option for planned payments on the web, as in the mobile application.

Hello, the reason for which new categories cannot be added is that Wallet uses machine learning that works with structured data. This app been my family financial brain for almost 4 years. I am doing a pretty heavy usage, by managing a whopping 35 “accounts” between me and my wife. Here is a list of the features I use:-connected all my bank accounts, credit cards, debit cards.-Manually track of my investments accounts, cash, loans etc-Easily seperate my family budget to cash reserved for investments.-Using tags to fit expenses and income into budget envelopes.-Using the annual budget feature and their predictions to see if we are on track.-Making use of the analysis tool to review our wealth, income, budget etc.One major drawback, is the missing of export functionality.
