Fix the iPhone app. Being a registered user for months, it asked for a new verification in the new year, which is understandable. Yet, despite all efforts and valid documents it does not verify. Chatting for hours never replied what the problem is. The iPhone app shows that while you get a perfect ID frame, under the guides, it then sends a very wider image. There’s neither a phone nor a communication email. Instead, I keep on getting an automated reply that I have to verify again. Dear Klarna, is this your way of after sales service?

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience using Klarna. I attempted to pay in installments for a relatively small purchase , approximately €32 per installment yet the installment option was either unavailable or my payment was declined without any clear explanation.Klarna promotes itself as a simple and reliable “Buy Now, Pay Later” solution, but that has not been my experience at all. When a service advertises flexibility and easy approvals, customers expect consistency and transparency. Instead, I was left confused and frustrated, with no clear reason why I couldn’t proceed with installments, despite the low amount.What makes this more concerning is the lack of transparency around the approval criteria. If there are specific requirements or limitations, they should be clearly communicated upfront. Unexpected rejections (especially for small amounts) damage trust and create unnecessary inconvenience during checkout.Overall, while Klarna markets itself as convenient and customer friendly, my experience suggests that the installment feature can be unreliable and inconsistent. Based on this experience, I am hesitant to rely on Klarna for future purchases.I hope the company improves its transparency and consistency, as these are essential for building customer trust

Now listen it is not perfect nevertheless if you understand how it is used and where you can use it then it is the best service you can use. Most people don’t understand how it used. So my advice is to carefully read what the information they have on their website so that you can understand how to best use it.
